"Charming property with delightful rooms. Victorian decor and old world charm. Staff was friendly. No elevator but stairs to second floor were manageable. Beautiful view from 3 sides in the Garden room. Location was convenient to walk to the falls. Bright dining room. Had an excellent dinner and continental breakfast. "This is an extremely well-run hotel. The rooms are modern and spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the middle of Cornell University so you feel immersed in the campus. If you reserve a view room, you'll get a great view of the campus. I would go back there in a heartbeat. And don't forget to walk down to Collegetown Bagels -- the food there is fantastic (way more than just bagels)."

"The unit we stayed in was charming with a kitchenette and a lovely spacious bathroom and a cute back patio. Easy access to the Finger Lakes Region. I would say the only downside was no free ice on site. You can VENMO your ice purchase, which is fine, if you have VENMO. We don’t."
