"We had the most amazing weekend at this beautiful property! The home was spacious, and had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere made it the ideal spot for our celebration.Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly made the experience unforgettable. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We are already looking forward to coming back for a reunion to see...

"Dalton Cottage is a peaceful location right on Seneca Lake. It had a fulled fenced in yard so our dogs could play (completely secure even for little dogs) and even had a doggy door they loved to use! Our dogs loved it. The deck was amazing to have coffee on every morning and the water was so clear! "

"The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. "

"This was a great place to have a family reunion. There is a nice big yard and a wonderful waterfront area. Having 6 bedrooms was helpful also. They are smaller than they look online but It worked out. "

The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. House was nicely air conditioned except for the sunroom but that was nice in the morning and late evening.Our dogs had trouble with the metal stairs to the water,but they managed. Overall we had a nice stay."
