"Spacious ground-floor apartment in hosts’ residence with modern, high end amenities and private entrance and spacious private garden in residential neighborhood. Was ideal for our week-long stay visiting nearby family. The host greeted us when we arrived and was fully attentive to our questions and needs, yet non-intrusive. "Yes, quite so. Only critique of amenities is that the footing on the outdoor path needs to be firmer: stepping tiles felt loose. Also, the parking spot north of the garage was where we were directed to park but it was virtually unusable for our mid-compact car -- hedge needs trimming. However, the host himself told us where could alternately park. He happened to be there but if he had not been it could be confusing."

"The apartment was perfect for 3 adults and one infant. We liked the neighborhood and enjoyed a stroll around the block. We felt very safe there. The bugle from the docks is quaint, occurring twice per day during our short stay. The morning song was fun for us, but could disturb a late sleeper. The bath tub is lovely for a soak. Bigger persons may prefer a bath over the shower because the curtain felt a little close. Thank you for a nice getaway space! We had a great time in Everette."

"This property was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the grandkids we were visiting as well as walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and other businesses. The host is responsive and accommodating. Yes, you can hear the people living upstairs but this did not bother us at all. We hope to stay here again in the future. "

"Only negative to talk about is the bed blanket was a bit rough. Reminded us of a moving blanket. Could have used some paper towels too. Loved the property though. Water front. Owners were very kind when we messaged them. Got locked out of our room, but I believe it's because we extended our stay and the key pad lock wasn't updated to that change. Very comfortable room for two of us. Close to the neighboring rooms, but much better than a hotel! Internet was a little slow so our tv would glitch...
