"This location is a gem. 💎 The facility is nice, the staff was very welcoming. Thanks to Ms. Debra for her hospitality and making sure we had a good hearty breakfast before heading back to Houston! 💜 Everything was on point, biscuits and the grits were delicious.😋 Our room was spacious and very clean. The dual jet shower signal king drop and I don't know this area"
"The surrounding area was a not good if you are a single female. I witnessed homelessness, most places are closed and dark, on Dauphin street at night there were some places to eat but getting there on foot alone was not an option, there were also cars that been broken into and the stripped car parts were left on the sidewalk. the only food choices are in the hotel and the consisted of the 1 restaurant and coffee shop that all gets a little old."

"Great hotel, fully recommended! New, well kept, great staff ( front desk ladies and breakfast lady especially welcoming). Best breakfast ! Love the fruit. Just need a little bit more attention in the daily cleaning of the rooms, like vacuuming the carpet floor. Other than that, perfect place to stay. I have been before and will come back for sure !"

"The hotel itself is great. The problem is the staff and housekeeping. One day they simply did not clean the room even though I called front desk 4 times. The first day the bathtub was clogged and it took them 1 h and 30” to send maintenance, I could not leave because it was not possible to have a shower. 6 nights and no vacuuming on the floor. The only lady that was nice was the one at breakfast. The others looked at us as if they were doing us a favor. The worst was this lady named Ashlund....
