Getting Around:

Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

Our pool doubles as a spacious hot tub! To help you get the most out of your stay, we offer two ways to enjoy the water:



◎ Complimentary Hot Tub Mode: Guests may activate "Hot Tub Mode" at no extra cost. This provides 4-hour windows of targeted heating to enjoy the water as a spa.



◎ Full Pool Heating (Optional): If you prefer the entire pool to be kept at a consistent, swim-ready temperature throughout your stay, seasonal daily rates apply to cover propane costs:

✓ March, April, May: $100/day

✓ Sept, Oct, Nov: $100/day

✓ Dec, Jan, Feb: $150/day



◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees. ◎ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!



◎ QUIET HOURS: 10 PM - 7 AM per county ordinance.

◎ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling Wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
