"We had a great stay. At one point he heat went out and we were out for the day and they had the issue fixed before we returned how. The home was very nice and the extra space was very relaxing. Our stay was extended with no problem. We would defiantly stay here again when in the area."

"Loved the house, setting and experience. Cindy was easy to work with and the house was as shown in the pictures. Lots to do for tweens and adults: the pool with its toys kept them busy for hours, and the pier/sandy beach were fantastic for birdwatching over morning coffees. The kayaks were a welcome way to tour around the area, and there were so many other things to do, we didn’t get to half of them! The nearby marina (5 min walk) has food and live music on some nights - it’s worth checking...

"Very accommodating, comfy beds (a real +). Kitchen fully loaded with supplies (including spices and condiments). We spent so much time down on the dock crabbing and fishing. Our dogs loved the freedom and space. Made friends with others in the area and did dog walks with them."

"We visit the area a lot to see family so I've stayed in quite a few rentals here. This is my first time at this property and I would stay again. Looks just like the listing. I appreciate the simple layout for our needs. 3 bedrooms meant we were comfortable at night. I thought the one king bed was pretty soft and the other firm; both comfy just think that's helpful to some to know. The living area and kitchen/dining space aren't huge but again you should know that from the pictures and it worked...

The cell phone service presented a challenge though. "The description of the property does no justice once you arrive. It’s very quiet, as clean as can be, and everything that is listed is correct. There is now a beautiful new pier in the back yard for easy launching of the kayaks, which the kids enjoyed every afternoon. The owners were very easy to communicate with during our stay and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!"

"Memorial Day weekend my family and I wanted to get away and recharge. We have four children ranging from 16 - 6 y/o and 2 dogs. This rental property was perfect for us! When we were not at Hughlett Point Beach or Compass Entertainment Center, the children enjoyed the garage with darts, foosball and basketball. We be played games at night and enjoyed the morning sun out back. My husband and I were able to walk our dogs with ease and got to explore the neighborhood. I would recommend this property...
