"The room was clean, bedspread was dirty. No cups in the bathroom. No coffee in the room.. TV was out of service, clock radio didn’t work. Charged my credit card; even though I told them that I was paying cash for the room.. Made me pay 100.00 deposit before they gave me the keycard, said that it would be returned after inspection of the room at checkout!!!"

"I loved my solo stay here! I came into town one night for a concert and was very happy with the Hollander house. Kenneth was very communicative and attentive via email and easily reachable. I had no issues and everything was nice and clean and easy to find. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast due to my schedule however, I’m sure it was delicious! Would certainly stay again"

"The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!"

"We had a great time at this hotel! We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every bit of it! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the pillows were perfect, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even the food at the bistro was good! And we enjoyed the fire pit outside! All in all, I have no complaints about staying here! And it's close to so many fun things!!"

"The front desk staff were absolutely helpful and went above and beyond. The room was clean. The pool and kiddie pool were a hit for our 7,6,2 yo. We definitely will be back!! Breakfast was good loved the touch of customer ordered omelets."

"Located on a quiet street but convenient to all major streets and highways. Hotel is fairly new so it’s clean and beds are fairly quiet. Every way to cut construction costs is evident but overall it’s a typical Fairfield property. Housekeeping staff is average. One tiny little bar of soap was never replaced until day 4 of our stay, counters not cleaned, trash not emptied. Front desk staff friendly enough."

"This place was VERY clean, the staff extremely helpful from texting after we got there if we needed anything, and anything they could do for us which I felt was amazing, The next day I texted to see if rooms are cleaned everyday which I didn't care I just wanted to see if I could get more towels, the response was within minutes saying the room would be lightly cleaned and new towels/wash clothes would be in the room and it was.. "Rented this hotel for the last stay of our trip because it had a pool. We'll when we got there unfortunately someone got sick in the pool and the shut the pool down because it had to be cleaned and wait for the a sample to be taken. So I had to deal with a very unhappy fella after being outside all day in the heat watching the nascar race at Dover. I know has nothing to do with the staff but I feel I was defeated after a long day and wanted to cool off myself."
