I have stayed at staybridge on numerous occasions without any complaints! However, this by for has been the worst experience I’ve had staying at a hotel. First when I arrived for check in my room wasn’t ready! Due to housekeeping being under staffed. I was told I had to wait on a call. I waited almost two hours. So there’s that. The next day the power went out for 4 hrs. I was told that it was a power outage in all surrounding areas. Which wasn’t true. But even if it was the front desk didn’t have any information. I told her she should contact Edison to give your guess an estimated time on when the power will cut back on. So for 4 hrs there was no electricity which means NO AIR! Couldn't charge my phones, elevators were down, halls were dark and scary! Okay to top all that l. The next day I checked out at 12:00. And couldn’t wait Until today Tuesday the second to make my complaints! I’m sleep in my bed at home. And my phone rings at exactly 1:19 AM! Scared me because I don’t get calls at those hours and it woke me up out of my sleep. It was Stay bridge Hotel! Telling they need my card information to check me out! I said what? I check out at 12:00 And it’s 1:00 Am in the morning or you kidding me? I’m not giving you my card over the phone you guys swiped my card at the front desk the day I checked in! You have my card information. She went to tell me “she’s the night audit and she can’t do her job because I’m not check out” I was livid but also sleep because I had work in the
