"The hotel is a former industrial facility. It felt like a boutique hotel. The room was spacious. Bedding and linens were top of the line. Coffee service downstairs in the morning was an added bonus. We stayed there three nights while exploring the Lancaster area and attending PA Ren Fest. The location was convenient and affordable. There were several events at the complex during our stay but we were not impacted by them at all. The event complex is very warm and inviting. The staff was helpful...

"This was an excellent place to stay. Close to many dining options and easy to get to. The only thing I had issue with was the last day we went down to breakfast and when we came back to our room the door was open and the hotel staff were in there cleaning out our room with my purse and our things all still in there and the do not disturb sign o. The door. This was before check out time and we had not even checked out yet. I found this unacceptable!"

"Excelente hotel.com excelente atendimento, bom café da manhã. Achei muito interessante a forma como hotel se posiciona em relação a contratações de pessoas com mais idade, algo muito bacana e bonito de ser copiado. Voltando a Lancaster, com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente."
