"Warning - THIS IS A BED AND BREAKFAST. Nothing in the description says anything about "sharing" a bathroom, "sharing" the house, multiple families/individuals staying at the same time, etc. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID!!!!! I will not share a bathroom with someone I don't know or even stay in a house with others I do not know. Had I know, we would not have booked the place. We were expecting to have the house to ourselves. When we were getting the information she mentioned a "room with two beds",...

"It took her 3 hours to give us a call back with code to get in, it was 85 degrees in the house when we got there the house could been cleaner, between the window was Bad, Internet did not work or TV. Front bathroom toilet was not clean, just 2 rows of toilet paper in house . Lots of spiders."

"Everything was in order."

"The location was great for the events happening in town! We were disappointed that the patio area wasn't easily accessible from the home. The house was comfortable but the shower is tiny!"

"Great property if you are visiting Berea. Good location close to town. Clean, good amenities, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, cozy, off street parking."

"The property was nice, cute little house, well decorated. Located minutes to the lake and to the little town. In July there is not a view of the lake. A couple doors have holes in them, broken porch chair and there was 3 year old expired eggs in the refrigerator, expired creamer and condiments. House needed a good dusting but bathroom was clean. Toilet ran the whole time. I would recommend staying at this place."

"Perfect little 1 bedroom house on the lake. We went to a concert at Renfro Valley (6 min away) and the place worked out perfect for our stay and easy access."

"4 brothers and spouses stayed over the weekend. All was great. We only wished there was a way to open between duplexes for when large families rent it. "

"Fantastic place to stay …. Great location. Great neighborhood and gracious hosts"

"Great location. Nice house with plenty of space and amenities we needed. Would recommend staying here!"

"very very good"

This property was a nightmare. Spiders and webs lined all the ceilings, with bugs all throughout the floors of the rooms. Every crack in the kitchen counter has major crumbs and debris everywhere. Upstairs does not have AC, which was problematic for our visit when it was in the high 80’s and 90’s. The lights...

"Great vintage but modernized farmhouse. Beautiful property."
