"Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Like the original style updated for comfort. Like the outdoor shower. Quiet area but near the store and shops. Host was very accommodating, actively communicates, and we appreciated her story of the house and many ideas for things to do to really see the area. Family loved it. Thanks so much!"

"Wi-fi didn't work properly. Front didn't seem to care about that. We asked if we could be moved to a part of the hotel where the wifi was working, but they said everything was full, when it clearly wasn't - a lot of rooms were empty for our entire stay. Cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. Our floor was really dirty for two days. Restaurant was great with terrific service. Room was nice and cozy."

"The hotel is absolutely crowded. Too many people to be served, a few employees to serve. Particularly at the Ulu Restaurant are the breakfast. The luau does not worth the value and concierge was not able to deal with our needs. We spent 1.2k dollars Ina helicopter tour to see volcano and road to Hanna and we didn’t see it. That part of the island is very windy. Maybe a good option is to stay in Wailea. Less windy, more upscaled."
