"I forgot an art print here in my room. $50
Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found.
With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody.
So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation.
And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. But the...

"I stayed here during a week of business etc and found the accommodations excellent for a long-ish stay. My room was the Purple Room - private bath, dining area, living room and separate bedroom. Clean, quiet, comfortable and appointed with everything one would need: Coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, dishes. Plenty of towels and storage in the bathroom. Big comfortable sectional sofa to lounge/work on. The staff is off site and responded quickly to text messages. The lock code provided easy...

"The check in process was cumbersome. Having to send copy of drivers license and selfie.
The location of the key was confusing. The building interior including stairs were being painted which was somewhat inconvenient.
Apartment was clean and beds comfy. It would have been nice to have more coffee grounds to be able to make a pot. "

"Directions on accessing the unit were difficult to follow. The heat was not working well and it was a very cold week in Chicago so it was uncomfortable. Someone was in the unit without advance notice or our permission while we were out which was a security concern and not acceptable. "
