"This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp."

"We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. "We (4 adults and 3 children) stayed very comfortably for 3 nights in the Saco River home. The instructions and guide to the property from the host were very clear and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location was great for Conway amenities and groceries and less than a 30min drive to Attitash for skiing. We loved the hot-tub and pool table as well as the river front. It made for a special New Year's Eve and would certainly stay there again."

"I can’t say enough about this property .. It is beautiful! Jon is an exceptional host, the home is in a great location, very close to Sunday River which was the purpose of our trip. "The cabin, property and pond have several highlights. The cabin is located on a very quiet road which we found very pleasant. Nice walks up the road with our children. "Staying at this place was ok. The quality of some of the guests left me nervous of my surroundings but I was able to double lock myself in. Though I had to fight with my door and lift it to get the door locked I was able. My keys didn’t want to work half the time either but the customer service I received from that was great.
