"We (4 adults and 3 children) stayed very comfortably for 3 nights in the Saco River home. The instructions and guide to the property from the host were very clear and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location was great for Conway amenities and groceries and less than a 30min drive to Attitash for skiing. We loved the hot-tub and pool table as well as the river front. It made for a special New Year's Eve and would certainly stay there again."

"This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp."

"The property was very spacious and cozy. From the hot tub, kayak, boardgames, and game room there was plenty of activities to keep friends and family busy. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely consider booking this house for anyone who wants a pleasant stay in the Naples area. "

"The accommodations were perfect and the owner was very responsive. We stayed for the night before sugarloaf marathon, which was a perfect location near the sugarloaf base lodge. It seems like it would also be a perfect location for skiing in the winter. Thanks Jill!"

"We had to change dates because the owner has the property listed on multiple sites. When we booked and paid for the days we wanted an email was sent saying that someone had just booked it right before we did. I expected a refund, but nothing was done. We contacted the owner to see what was going on and she says to cancel the trip. VRBO will then keep a percentage of the charge! We decided to change to another week since we will be going to that area about once a month so it would be nice to have...

"There is not one negative thing to say about this property rental. The home is easy to get to, warm and comfortable, full of amenities, and the view is spectacular! We had a great time at Saddleback Mountain and exploring the area. We even saw two moose!! Would definitely love to rent again."

"This was a great house for our family of 5 to stay at while skiing at Pleasant Mountain. It was very clean, the bedding was comfortable (plenty of pillows), and the kitchen had everything we needed. The electric woodstove upstairs was cozy and kept the house warm, along with the mini splits upstairs and downstairs. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a day of skiing, it's accessed through the outside, so bring flip flops. It's less than 5 minutes to drive to the mountain- great location....

"If you haven't seen the movie On Golden Pond, you can watch it on YouTube. You'll know exactly what to expect for decor and ambience.This was an exceptional experience! Someone posted about the screen door slamming each time you closed it. My Great Grandparents door did the same, when I didn't control it. I felt like that excited little kid, each time I heard it. We rarely went inside. The screen porch was too peaceful. The loon sounds were mesmerizing. Don't be envious that you have less sun....

"We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. A couple of kitchen tweaks will be helpful for our cooking happy selves, though we enjoyed the spacious kitchen with adequate equipment, beautiful place...
