Lake Living on the Water/Private dock. No pets allowed, severe medical allergies

Great spot for a family vacation, a romantic weekend, or a getaway to relax and recharge, this lakeside gem has it all. Quite neighborhood on a peaceful water channel. Great area to go on a walk or a jog. Enjoy nearby wine tasting, golfing, fishing right off the deck or jump into one of the the many fishing tournaments around Lake County.

Clear Lake is still No. 1 when it comes to bass fishing and holds down. Tournaments happen all year round, and this is a great tournament and fishing house on the north end of Clear Lake. Launch in the morning, tie up at the private dock after weight-in, charge your batteries overnight, and relax on the deck while planning tomorrow's pattern. We’re just a quick boat ride to the tournaments that are hosted on Clear Lake. Leave your boat in the water the whole time and avoid having to pull and relaunch your boat each day. Dock is in the lake channel so your boat will be more protected when the lake water is rough.

For safety reasons, there are outdoor security cameras in front, on sides, and behind house. They are on outside parameter of house and not inside the house areas. House fits up to 7 guests, MAX. We do not allow pets or animals in the home or on the property! Our children suffer from severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. We can’t make exceptions, and if a pet or animal does show up, we’ll have to cancel your reservation and keep the deposit to cover extensive cleaning for our children's health. Back Deck has a screened in patio area with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. Great for the months where mosquitos are out. A large custom BBQ island with a gas BBQ, side burner, sink (rinsing only, no food down drain), mini fridge and bar stools. A table, chairs, and umbrella to enjoy eating, playing games or just relaxing at. Along with a nice cozy area with an extra-large umbrella to kick back on comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings, glass of wine in the evening, chill and read a book, enjoy looking at the nature around you and a fire pit table to light in the evenings. Plenty of room in the house for everyone when you are done enjoying the outside.

Smart TVs in all rooms with cable channels, central air conditioning and heat through out house, free WIFI, use of washer/dryer (laundry pods provided), linens, towels, iron board, iron, steamer to name a few amenities.

If you have children, there are 2 parks in walking distance. Large deck area with room for them to play, swimming right off the dock or at a beach front area by the parks, and some board games to enjoy some family or friend time. High chair for kids and a baby bath tub for infants. Deck has railings to keep children away from the water. However, always keep an eye on them.

Firepit by the sofa set if available for use during your stay. Life Jackets, and Fishing Poles are available for use during your stay. It can be common at times for the channel and lake to get some green algae during the later summer months.

Please keep in mind we do not have control over the weather or lake conditions throughout the different seasons. Lake condition, water level, clarity, and vegetation vary widely throughout the year.

If your vehicle (or anyone in your group) has an oil leak (or other fluids) please Do Not park in the driveway. Park in the rock area. Any damage done to pavers in driveway will be the responsibility of the person on the reservation to pay for replacement. Pavers that need to be replaced can be costly.

The lake house is a 2.5-hour drive from San Francisco and a little over 2 hours from Sacramento.
