"Beautiful property and location however everyone who lives locally is on substances and it was really uncomfortable. The property is right off the lake and you get a beautiful view. None of the locals bother you or come near the property so that was good. We were in town visiting my grandparents and clear lake is such a beautiful location. "Tim is an excellent host and responds quickly. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The a/c units in each room kept us nice and cool during the hot memorial weekend. The kiddos had a blast catching a bunch of fish, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. "

"Surprisingly tucked away near the shore- fun, clean place, which is a great getaway. It’s so pleasant with the amazing view of Clearlake and the Hills to the north."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Gustafson Family Vineyard estate. The home is beautifully situated with incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and hills. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. Glenn and the team were responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. "Great place to celebrate family members birthdays and Mother’s Day. Excellent location in Sonoma County close to wineries and easy access to SFO and Santa Rosa Airports. Walking distance to a great coffee shop and two wine tasting rooms. Nice large fenced area with pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill and gathering area.
