The couch has a comfortable pull out queen and there is an additional floor mattress (stored under the stairs) that can be used wherever you'd like. Upstairs you'll find the huge master suite with a king size bed (featuring his and her vanities/closets, soaking tub, walk in shower, private toilet & a balcony). Another full bathroom is accessible from the hall for the other two bedrooms (One has a day bed under that can be used as two single beds. The other has a queen bed).
