"This property is the best place to book when visiting the Lakeland area. The rooms are clean & the furniture/decorations makes the cottage feel cozy & inviting. The patio area is so relaxing. The coffee & tea station is a nice addition to the patio area. There are plenty of board games & books for everyone. The communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this cottage."

"The living room light and lamp did not work, making the living room dark. There was obviously wifi because the tv's connected, but I could not get the wifi password. The host said it was on the website and the website said ask the host. The a/c was not controllable due to living room not connected to wifi. The 2nd bedroom closet door fell on my child. There were only two rolls of toilet paper for a family of five for three days."

"Nice house and great landlord. It would be a 5 but the shower water pressure is extremely low and the area is loud with a major road nearby and an adjoining tenant making a lot of noise late at night. Landlord’s communication was excellent. "

"Perfect place for a quiet place to crash during a work trip. House was immaculate, and the hosts were terrific. Pet and family friendly on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Close to hiking trails, major highways, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely book again."

"This was a great location to the RP Funding Center. We really used it as a place to rest our heads after long days attending the RP Funding Center, but worked well. It was very clean. The owners were very communicative when we had issues with the door codes. It had everything we needed. Because of the separate spaces, it was nice sharing with people we had never stayed with before. It was also very close to downtown and to the restaurants we went to. I would definitely book again!"
