The Black Swan | 3BR House Near Downtown Lakeland

It's hard not to love the charm that this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home provides. It is located just a few blocks from Lake Hollingsworth and Florida Southern College. You and your guests will be centrally located to everything Lakeland offers such as Lakeside Village, RP Funding Center, Bonnet Springs Park, and just a mile from the Polk Parkway where you can easily commute to Tampa, Florida beaches, Orlando, Disney, or LEGOLAND.

Live like a local while you stay in a great location in Lakeland!

It is an absolute vibe as you step into the tastefully decorated open-concept floorplan in our house. Immediately open the front door to the living room with a SmartTV and plenty of seating for you and your guests.

Right off of the living room is the dining area with a farmhouse table (that seats 6) and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and prepare meals.

Explore the private backyard with a screened-in lanai to enjoy your coffee in the mornings.

As you enter the hallways, there are (3) bedrooms and (2) bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer queen size beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 beds and a trundle bed underneath. Comfortably sleeping 7 guests during your stay!

Parking is available for (3) vehicles in the driveway.

My family and i enjoyed our weekend stay at the Black Swan. Great communication with the host from start to finish. The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The pictures definitely did the home justice, beautifully decorated. A few restaurants are withing walking distance. Everything else is a short drive away. I appreciate the small touches and items provided, very thoughtful. I would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our needs! Open concept living area allowed us to all be together. Love the suggestions of place for coffee, food, shopping, etc. House was clean and well supplied for our stay! Water pressure in showers was great! Highly recommend!!

Great home base

My family stayed at the Black Swan for a visit with my mom. My brother’s family stayed elsewhere but we all hung out and had dinner here. There was plenty of space for all to eat together and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware needed. We had. Small problem with some bugs that made their way in after it rained but the host was very quick to respond to my message and got the pest company in to take care of the issue. Overall a very lovely home with a few fun games and comfortable beds. Thank you for letting us stay.

Sparkling Clean Home Has Updates and Thoughtful Touches

This 3/2 Florida ranch is set on a generous lot in a residential neighborhood tucked away from the nearby busy streets. The host, Brannen, answered all questions right away and provided everything you would need to begin your stay. The pictures show a charming, welcoming home, and they are accurate. A Publix grocery store is less than a mile up the street on Florida Ave. From the air conditioning to the ceiling fans to the door lock and the wifi, everything worked well and was easy to use. No matter what you are doing in Lakeland, The Black Swan is not far from your destination. We stayed there for a granddaughter's graduation (no parties or events at the house), and would definitely return if we were staying in Lakeland again. Thank you, Brannen, for an excellent experience. The decor is exceptional.

Lakeland Stay

Though we didn't spend much time in the Black Swan, it was a very satisfying place. Good location and was convenient for us to easily go to the Air Show. It had all we needed and was comfortable.

My family and I stayed here while in town for my son's State Championship. The home was very clean, homey, and comfortable. This home was in a great location. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area next time. Communication was great with the owner.

Adorable House. Great Location.

This house is so cute and cozy! It was well-stocked with things like toilet paper, kitchen utensils, towels, hand and bath soaps, games, etc. Check in was a breeze and the house is exactly as described and pictured. The beds were comfy, too. The location is great! The neighborhood is very quiet. The fenced-in backyard backs up to a main road, but it's not nearly as loud as I was expecting. We heard the occasional big truck or loud motor...If you're a super light sleeper, bring a sound machine. We have family in Lakeland and would definitely stay here again.

Great Home

Check in was amazingly easy, grocery delivery was speedy, convenient location. Our only issue was road noise at night (I ended up using a sound machine to help). Brennan was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Wedding weekend

Really enjoyed our stay. It was within reach of a lot of places and only 3.2 miles from the venue used for the weeding. Brennan responded promptly whenever I sent him a message. We would definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Great House

The house was fantastic and just as described. The host was very attentive and responded to any communication quickly. There is a busy street behind the house (separated by a one way street and a privacy fence), and that's the reason for the 4-star vs. 5-star rating on neighborhood. We will definitely look for to see if this property is available on future visits to Lakeland!

Great 5 star house!!

This is a nice house with everything you need for a great stay! I appreciated the decor and cleanliness of the house. It is very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Beds are comfortable! I always notice bed sheet count and it was perfect. Lots of towels. Lots of hot water for everyone and good water pressure. Kitchen is well equipped. All appliances in great working condition. Communication with the host was awesome! He made sure that we had everything we needed and checked to make sure we were good! The only thing I would have liked to know before booking because I am a light sleeper was that the house is located by a busy highway. It is something I am not used to so I was very aware of my surroundings.

Loved the decor and welcoming feel. Loved the extra touch of coffee area and snacks on arrival. Home was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Owner responded to all messages. Loved the screened in patio, enjoyed Easter during out there. The recommendation on chalk wall were on point. Would 100% stay again
