"Our VRBO was double booked. The VRBO app showed my inbox was empty but when I clicked “contact host” to ask the host how we should check in, a message popped up that the listing was double booked. We were already driving there when I saw the message. It was stressful trying to find another place to stay. I don’t understand why the booking wasn’t canceled when the host realized it was double booked. I had the address and everything. VRBO covered our stay at a hotel that weekend but it was very...
