"Staff was okay. Went to check in and waited an hr because rooms weren't clean. in my booking I requested a first or second story case of emergency since am in a knee brace I would not be able to take the stairs. A gentleman said he would take care of it and then a woman called me to check whom heard me tell the gentleman and told me I was on the 4th floor. I get in the room with my family for all to shower and we had 2 full sets of towels. My husband went down and was told they had none...

"I like that it was away from the highway, so vehicle noise was low. Has a nice maintained outside area to walk and walk your dogs. Our room was neat and clean. We used the washer and dryer very convenient and clean. My con was the noisy a/c, but I can put up with it, cause it sure did cool well. All in all everything was wonderful and people are friendly. Thank you staff and management."

"I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back.."

"1st room had ketchup on the walls crumbs on couch staff switch me rooms second room wasnt any better broken light fixtures smelly water bugs and spiders Property was filthy wanted to leave but couldn't talked to owner and got no solution just apologies"

"condition of the place terrible, dirty sheets and bad smell in room, blood in doors, and sheets with cigarette marks on sheets, and staff was terribly unkind, i had 2 rooms reserved and she gave me rooms separated in opposite side of the buildings, worst experience that I can remember."

"Staff was careless and when I reported the room was not clean I was told some one would go up and clean I stayed 3 days and nothing happened. The sink was clogged up for almost the entire time I was there. It was terrible"

Solicitamos serviço de quarto inúmeras vezes que não foi correspondido, faltam opções de suco no café da manhã e alimentos salgados, além de fruta. Fora isso tudo ocorreu bem, a piscina também não estava funcionando o que nos frustrou bastante, por termos escolhido este hotel por conta disso"

"Pool was closed which I was looking forward too. The toliet seat in my room was chipping and looked dirty. The bed was super hard and not comfortable at all as well as the pillows were very flat. Nice hotel but could definitely be better. The location was also difficult to find at first as it’s hidden behind other businesses."
