"Atendimento excelente no Front Desk, atendentes super solícitos, educados e a gerente Yanique excepcional ! Porém o hotel é antigo, precisa de reformas os quartos não são muito confortáveis, faltam móveis e o café da manhã é ridículo. Você precisa agendar 1 dia antes o horário que quer receber o café que tem duas opções apenas: iogurte e café ou 1 pãozinho com ovo e uma caixinha para criança de suco de laranja ou café, não tem frutas, não tem pães, frios, queijo, nada extra Não tem onde colocar...

"O hotel em geral é muito bom, mas tive um problema de cobrança indevida no meu cartão, fiz o pedido do recibo algumas vezes para saber do que se trata a cobrança e não me respondem a solicitação."

The only thing that we did not like was that our room was by the door to go outside and we where not able to sleep good because people would go in and out a lot but other then that everything was very very nice. We got to celebrate our son’s graduation from high school, 18th birthday and send off to the Marine Corps! The added bonus was using the pool and hot tub area which was beautiful!!
