This incredible property is nestled in the woods with winter views and summer silhouettes from the expansive back deck. The location is spectacular with amazing outdoor adventures in your backyard (hiking, waterfalls, fishing, mountain biking) and great restaurants, breweries, and shopping all close by.

LAYOUT:
This is a renovated two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home boasting an open floor plan and an abundance of windows to allow for plenty of natural light. There are two living rooms, two outdoor covered seating areas, a hot tub, and 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms.

UPSTAIRS/Main level:
• There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the open kitchen/living/dining area, which also opens to a wonderful covered back porch.
• The kitchen has a large island with some counter seating, butcher block counters, stainless appliances, and all of the cookware/utensils you will need for a comfortable stay.
• There is a large dining table that seats 6. (The hidden leaf is under the table to expand from 4-6 and extra chairs are in the corners.)
• The living room has a ROKU TV and an incredible wood-burning Fireplace.
• Large sliding glass doors open to the expansive covered back porch complete with a gas grill, propane fire pit, and fun accent lights.
• The Primary bedroom is on the main level with a king bed with a plush mattress and an attached full bath that has a large tub/shower.
• The second bedroom on this level also has a king bed with a memory foam mattress. The full bathroom is just across the hall with another tub/shower combination.

DOWNSTAIRS:
• The Third bedroom is the largest and located at the back for ultimate privacy. This bedroom includes twin bunk beds and a separate queen bed along with an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower.
• You will also find a second living room, ROKU TV, full-sized pool table, stand-up video game, mini ping pong, and magnetic dart board.
• The back door leads out to the covered patio and the private hot tub which is complete with Bluetooth speakers and LED lights.
• There is also a full laundry room on this level.

VIEWS!
• The views of Gorges State Park are unbelievable. In the winter, while the leaves are down, the surrounding mountain tops glow at dawn and dusk. In the summer you will still have some views through the trees.

LOCATION!
• The property is located just off Hwy 64 at the end of a quiet gravel road and nestled in the woods.
• It adjoins Gorges State Park with waterfall hikes all around. Stroll through the neighborhood and catch full views of Toxaway Falls.
• The “Lake” from where our town was named is just 5 minutes away.
• There are a couple of great restaurants within 5 mins
**Grand Olde Station, Villa Amato, and Los Vaqueros are less than 2 miles away.
**The Greystone Inn is about a 15-minute drive because it’s located on the back side of the lake.
**There is a bakery/coffee shop across from Villa Amato (5 mins away from the house)
• If you just need to pick up a few small grocery items, you might find them in “The Market” which is located next to Villa Amato.
• The two closest (decent sized) grocery stores (Ingles) are both about 25 mins away. One is in Cashiers on Hwy 64 and the other is in Brevard on N. Broad Street). If you are coming through Brevard on the way to the house, it’s probably easiest to stop there.
• You are only 25 minutes to Pisgah National Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

NOTES:
• The bedding is made up of super soft cotton sheets with a feather-down comforter and lots of pillows.
• There is “Ultra High-speed internet” through Comporium with extenders around the house so you don’t lose connection.
• There is special lighting under the railing and along the top of the upper porch.
• Wood for fireplace - We will have enough wood for you to get started but we ask that you provide your own for the duration of your stay.
• Books and Games - We have a great selection of books and family games to entertain all ages.
