"Room was nice and clean. We stayed in 401/403 which were attached rooms near the stairs at the end of the corridor, which I like because it's quiet. Host is awesome and provides clear instructions and was very responsive. All our needs were addressed and the teddy bears for the kids to play with were a nice touch. "

"This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. "AC / Aquecedor funcionou bem, camas e banheiros limpos e confortáveis, estacionamento gratuito e fácil acesso. A única coisa que não foi perfeita foi o serviço de quarto. Front desk fechava de 22 as 8 am e se precisasse de algo, teria que esperar o dia seguinte. "
