" We really loved our stay and highly recommend if you like old school charming lakefront homes! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for our group. We loved hanging out on the fabulous deck with great views of the lake. The jacuzzi is a great bonus as well as the steps down to the small deck on the water. "This property sits in a well-appointed residential neighborhood with lots of great hills and lake views. You can walk to a little bakery down the hill. You can walk across North Lake Blvd. to great hiking and biking trails. The front deck is enclosed and good for a dog. The backyard deck is NOT enclosed. Both decks are newer and very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Beds are comfortable as is family room furniture. Peekaboo lake view from front windows...

"Nothing to add from all these great reviews. I can only echo the comments already made: location, view & water pressure–all awesome! The owner is great to deal with. Bring water shoes for rocky lake bottom. Updates are NOT needed & would put price out of my range. The place is great value as is. Home is clean, comfortable and lived-in which is a plus if you have kids. Kitchen, dining & deck all on 2nd story which you might need to consider if you have older guests. "

"This is our second stay at this cabin and it was just as good as the first! Great communication with the owners. Cabin is clean, fresh, and so nicely decorated. Great location, and membership access to the Tahoe Park Association is wonderful! We were able to hang out with our Grandsons everyday at the beach! Several restaurant's, a small market, boat and Kayak rentals are at that location also. This is a wonderful cabin and we look forward to our next visit!"

"Water's Edge gets 5 stars for location. It was perfect. The house itself was fine but a little tired in terms of decor and fittings. It is not flat into the house and could do with a portable ramp to help those with wheelchairs to easily access the house....but was still achievable. Our main problem was not with the house but with the management company that looked after the house. We were not forewarned that the plot next to the house was being developed. We had building noise from 7:15 each...
