Enjoy the accommodations of Sierra Shores, a major resort like paradise, private and comfy. Our large very high end 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is right on the lake! This property is among the highest end lakefront properties in the entire Lake Tahoe area. Words can't do it justice. Just look at the photos. When you're on the grounds, you will be amazed. With lakefront access and views, this home's grounds and interior are like straight out of a luxury home magazine with the highest quality amenities in the area. You might just have to come up with your own words for it like "awespectaculous".

From the home, you can walk to numerous shops, restaurants, walk or drive to Heavenly Gondola. There are buoys available to rent to tie up your boat or water toy, just a couple of hundred feet from the property next door.

Please be advised that The City of South Lake Tahoe has implemented very aggressive enforcement of some Vacation Home Rental Ordinances with a zero tolerance policy. Failure to abide will result in a $1000 owner to guest, and $1000 citation to owner. Guests are liable to pay owner's citation if you were at fault.

1. No excessive noise anytime. No amplified music, loud talking outdoors. No Jacuzzi or any talking outside during quiet hours 10pm-8am. It’s ok to make reasonable speaking noise, play board games, watch tv, etc. inside the home, with windows closed during quiet hours.
2. No more than the maximum occupancy is allowed on the property at any time. If you have friends renting other units or staying at other property, you may not occupy the inside of one unit if it will exceed the maximum occupancy. You may however occupy the back lawn and other common areas. If code enforcement shows up, they will ask how many guests you have. Make sure you do not exceed the maximum occupancy.
3. No parties, special events, weddings, bachelor/ette parties are allowed at any time.
4. No visible trash may be left outside due to bears. All trash should be deposited inside a bear resistant trash bin.

Other rules:

1.Smoking or vaping of any product is not allowed in the unit or anywhere on the Sierra Shores property.
2.Pets are not allowed on the property
3.Please park cars only inside your garage or 1 of the 5 on site overflow parking spots. Or unlimited overflow parking across the street at Safeway. Please DO NOT PARK in the on site managers spot by front gate. DO NOT PARK in an area that may block other cars.

Note on cancellation policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.

Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. While these procedures are optional for guests, they are highly appreciated to help save our cleaners time, particularly for our back to back turnovers which are very difficult in the Vacation Home Rental industry. – Thank You Lux Villa VR

We had a wonderful time with our family! The location was amazing and the accommodations were above and beyond! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and the patio was our favorite place to be for beautiful mornings viewing the lake to amazing sunsets in the evening! We will definitely be back!

Check in was after 4pm, we arrived at 5.30pm and the house had not been cleaned and was a disaster inside and out. I immediately reached out to all emails and phone numbers provided. I finally reached someone with the local property maintenance. They immediately sent a crew to clean and asked us to vacate for a couple of hours we were able to get back into the unit about 8-8:30pm and was very clean and ready. The local crew was very attentive. we had a smoke alarm beeping, several burned out lightbulbs, a broken step ladder and noises in the ceilings, and we were not able to lower the large blinds in the living room. Despite the rocky start, this unit is lovely and close to everything. Tye local crew saved the day! The beds were very comfortable, and was a very nice home but several items that needed attention. The garages are great but parking and access to the garages will not accommodate a large vehicle. The cleaning crew offered to waive the cleaning fee and I have yet to have a response from the actual property management group to confirm and discuss the other issues so time will tell.

Gorgeous views & you are right on the lake! Easy access & very walkable to many Greta restaurants. The only challenge is the parking but all guests were very respectful of each other & worked together to make the best of it. Highly recommend this property!

Waking up on the shore of Lake Tahoe, this was the absolute idyllic location. Walkable to many restaurants and places to have a drink - we couldn’t have drawn up a better place to stay. Can’t wait to return!

Property was beautiful. Spacious large kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful outdoor patio . Nice view of lake but no beach at all since water level high this year .Issues were parking garage and spaces were small but we were able to fit large car in garage . Viking freezer was leaking and master bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Property was close to restaurants and food shopping

As always Tahoe did not disappoint. We have stayed at this property before but not his particular unit. It was a wonderful stay. You can not beat waking up and being able to sit on the patio and watch the sunrise over the lake. The host was quick to respond which is always appreciated. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

Property is in solid location, very convenient, and has some nice amenities. Biggest gripe comes in parking; garage door was not operating and there are VERY few non-garages spots leaving me to park in a grocery store parking lot nearby many evenings. I was using the property a week and there was no change in this issue for the entirety of the stay.

The house is very nice, comfortable and amazing view. You can see the lake from the kitchen and family room. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need. You step out on the patio and it is awesome. the sunsets were amazing. You can walk to the lake. Everything about the house is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay, would love to go back

The location and property were top notch! We usually stay at the casinos, so we’re weren’t sure what to expect but this place met all of our wants and needs. It’s a short Uber or scooter ride to the casinos and restaurants and you can also walk straight across the street to Safeway to grab any drinks or food you need to stock the place up! My wife and I went with 2 other couples and it worked out fine, each couple had there own room and bathroom, although the one room does have two twin-size beds (only downfall, but they managed). Totally great experience overall and will definitely go back!

Beautiful view of lake out back and nice unit. Limited parking options for SUVs and overflow at the grocery store across the street is inconvenient. At this price point and for skiers with large vehicles one usable spot per unit is expected. Property management was quickly responsive to text but never picked up the phone which is odd. Disappointing they can’t figure out a better parking situation at this price point.
