"It was almost "just right". I wish there was a small shelf in the room by the bed, a place for the remote or reading glasses. The instructions weren't very clear about what to do with the room key (place them in the box by the pool-what pool). Also the bathtub is slippery when wet. Good location, close to everything but also not the nice part of town at all."

"The cutest little gem of a hotel located in the Hot Springs National Park. This was our 4th time staying at Happy Hollow and we'd stay here again anytime we're in Hot Springs. It's a retro looking motel that sits in the National Park. Rooms are always super clean. Staff is friendly and gets you whatever you need. Loved that our room was so spacious and all for a great price. Walking distance to the hikes of course but also to the main drag in Hot Springs."

"Newly remodeled and very nice and clean. I wish there was a clothes rack/rod of some sort to hang my clothes, as we were in Hot Springs for a funeral and had dressy clothes that needed to be hung. It also would have been nice to have had an iron and ironing board, but I don't think the rooms come equipped with those. We received so many different emails with gate and room codes that it was a bit confusing. Overall, we were happy with the room as it was very clean, which is what it most important...

"We had a wonderful stay for our 25th anniversary. The Oak room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast for both days was amazing. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Hot Springs."

"Nothing unique. Pretty standard hotel but for double the price of other standard hotels. Good location but no amenities. Even the downstairs bar, which looked nice, was closed. Upstairs bar had a nice view but bar itself seemed kind of afterthought. Seemed like there was only 1 person working in the entire hotel."

"Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!"

"The room was fantastic and perfect for our stay. The pool was perfectly maintained and fun. The staff was the best part- the son needed some help getting back into the room after a bit of a mix up and Israel, the engineer, was SO helpful and helped him reconnect with me and get back into the room safely and calmly. I am so grateful for the wonderful staff."
