"The hotel was dated which is its main charm. However the carpet in our room was so dated you could see where it was wearing so thin it was beginning to split. The furniture and bedding was good. But the bathroom was neglected and in desperate need of attention. The toilet sat unlevel. So when you sat on it you were afraid you would fall through the floor. The grout around the tub had signs of mold. I understand that they have been renovating for quite a while so why are we not offering the...

"It was almost "just right". I wish there was a small shelf in the room by the bed, a place for the remote or reading glasses. The instructions weren't very clear about what to do with the room key (place them in the box by the pool-what pool). Also the bathtub is slippery when wet. Good location, close to everything but also not the nice part of town at all."
