I regularly stay at this hotel for at least 7 years now and always try to get a suite with them every year. My stay has never changed; my expectations are always the same and they always surprise me for the better every time. I'm fascinated by the new decoration and the new things they are putting on the wall. It looks more elegant."

"Desrespeito este hotel estar em serviço e desrespeito com o consumidor o Hotéis.com oferecer este hotel com fotos falsas, que não condiz com a atual situação. Hotel sujo(imundo) ,serviço péssimo em reforma (deveria estar fechado para este tamanho da reforma) fui alocado com 3 crianças no 5 andar sendo uma de colo e outra com o pé quebrado, detalhe elevador estragado. Dá-lhe escada com malas e crianças no colo. Pior classificação impossível. "
