Designed with large groups and/or multiple families in mind. Enjoy resort-style living with a sparkling pool, relaxing spa, and beautifully landscaped backyard featuring four distinct seating areas and a cozy outdoor fireplace. Casita offers a retreat away from the main house, perfect for added privacy or a kid-friendly space. Large open-concept kitchen with a bar top. Ample parking, plenty of room for RVs/boats/trailers.

Centrally located with easy access to the lake, beaches, launch ramp, off-roading, restaurants and nightlife. Bring your water and off-roading toys, we've got space for them!

The main house features 4 well-appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully positioned with 2 on each end of the home for added privacy.

Main House Highlights:
Bedroom 2 (front of the house): King bed, 2 dressers, closet, TV, and a window overlooking the front yard.

Bedroom 3 Also includes a king bed, 2 dressers and closet.

Full bathroom conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3.

Spacious living room with a large TV, perfect for movie nights or game days.

Open-concept kitchen with a bar-top and tall swivel chairs, overlooking the living room and dining area. You can also view the backyard!!

Three exits to the backyard make indoor-outdoor living seamless.

Laundry room across from the kitchen with a sink, second refrigerator, and extra shelving/storage.

On the opposite side of the house:

Bedroom 4: Full-size bunk bed with twin trundle and shelving—great for kids or larger groups.

Master Suite : Enormous and luxurious, featuring a California King bed, 2 dressers, direct access to the backyard, and a spa-like en suite bathroom with soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and extra shelving.

A convenient connecting door between Bedroom 3 and the master bathroom is perfect for families with young children.

The Casita : A Private Guest House. This detached guest suite offers extra privacy and comfort—ideal for in-laws, early risers, or larger groups.

The Casita sleeps up to 10: Two full-size bunk beds, each with a twin trundle bed. It also includes a bathroom with walk-in shower and generous shelf space. In addition, the casita has a compact kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and small dining area. Casita includes a TV for relaxing after a day outdoors.

Your group will love the resort-style backyard, perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying time by the water:

Private pool with an elevated Baja shelf — ideal for sunbathing while staying cool.

Hot tub perched above the pool, with an upper deck featuring lounge chairs and a daybed.

Guests do not have access to the garage. However, they can utilize the 3 car 43 ft driveway.

-Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - per city ordinance
-No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
-Trash day is early Friday morning
