Guests will have access to the entire home minus garage access.

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $15/day for spa heating
>If the stay exceeds 30 days the pool and spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what is charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)
>WINTER MONTHS $175/day (November to February)

LEFT BEHIND ITEMS
>$10 service charge added to shipping cost

PETS
>Sorry, pets are not allowed at this home
>$200 fine per pet if a pet is brought inside home

HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book
>No parties
>No events
>No smoking inside
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music)
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit ($500 for holidays) upon booking and is refunded at checkout upon inspection unless there are damages or items missing

CAMERAS
>In place for safety and liability reasons. $200 fine if tampered with
>Locations: Doorbell, Front of home, Side of home, backyard

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise—including severe weather, travel disruptions, illness, or other emergencies—our cancellation policy remains in effect. Travel insurance may help protect your trip investment if an unforeseen circumstance affects your ability to travel or complete your stay. Be sure to review your policy carefully to understand what is covered.
