****FYI, watch out for places just 3-5 miles south of us (Hauula, Punaluu) these are TWO bad areas, not safe, drugs and property crime. We are in a safe area. Prices may be less, but the area is entirely different from LAIE. No major, busy highway, set back with long driveway. No property crime. Laie is VERY NICE. Access to stores, shops, and best of all SAFE , especially for children****avoid Hauula, Punalu'u
