"The location is great, although advertising of it not accurate and misrepresented. Couldn’t get inside initially , zero response from host or follow up when help was requested. Upon entry place was full of live and dead cockroaches and geckos . Was not clean . Stove was deplorable . Dead spiders and cobwebs everywhere . Random left over food, condiments and frozen meals in containers in fridge . Pretty sure someone had been living there the day before or something . We got in during the middle...

"I cant say enough about how great of a stay we had. Yes there is only 1 bedroom but the kids all slept great on air matresses in the large living area. Location is ideal if you want to experience true hawaii! There were multiple beaches within walking distance. A small grocery store is only 2 miles away. House was clean and we felt right at home. "

"Great place to relax with many options for small or large gatherings. The kitchen was great for cooking and we enjoyed the outdoor dining table for dinner with friends. Would definitely stay again!"

"The home was absolutely perfect and even more beautiful in person! The scenery around the property was gorgeous and the exact relaxing location we needed. The owners were responsive and I would give this property 5/5 stars. The 7/11 down the street was great and had food from Japan and the staff was nice. As a heads up, this location is super far away from touristy places, but that is exactly what we were looking for. There is a huge homeless population that you will drive past. I'm glad we got...

"The location was incredible. It is a few minutes to the beach, just like the description says. Great little beach as well. You can walk to a convenience store, pizza place, or the kayak rental shop. The pillbox Trail can also be reached by just a short 15 minute stroll. The accommodations were just as advertised. Look, it’s not a five star hotel, it’s a home rental that is in good shape, has everything you need, and actually a little bit more. It was great to have chairs and snorkel equipment. ...

"This was an amazing place. Jim keeps an awesome property that is just right. It’s just isolated enough but still close to town. We found ourselves alone on the beach more than once. Very romantic. The property felt like home and was a great base camp when we just wanted to relax in the evening or spend time on the beach. When we come back to Oahu we will definitely rent from Jim again."

"This condo is in a great location on the north shore! It is walking distance to the ocean, resort, restaurants, and beach bar. Feels like Kauai on this part of the island. The condo had everything we needed - all utensils, cookware, beach gear, towels, etc. and very comfortable beds with clearly new linens. The complex is fine too with an adjacent pool. We had a great time! Thank you! "

"We spent a week at Ron's Beach Treehouse in 2018 and again this summer in 2025. The North shore and Sunset beach is already a relaxing place to be, but the Treehouse makes it an exceptional getaway spot. We loved the gorgeous views, the awesome balcony, the tidy and functional space, and the resident geckos!There is plenty of room to fit four people comfortably. "Loved the home! We were on a ‘working vacation’ as we were there for our daughter’s wedding, but watching the sunsets and relaxing at the house. Each of the rooms had its own AC and cooled down real well. I loved sitting on the deck listening to he waves. My wife loved either sitting on the deck or going down the stairs and sitting on the beach. Home was well stocked. Checkin was easy. The wifi pw on the VRBO didn’t match pw at the house, so use the house one. The driveway is a little snug fit...

"A comida do aliás era muito bom mas os outros restaurantes era ok a cama era confortável mas quando fomos fazer o check out foi uma surpresa mais de mil dólares em taxa e eles cobravam até para estácionar seu carro "

"Infelizmente, nossa experiência no Honolulu Airport Hotel foi muito decepcionante. Encontramos várias baratas no quarto, o que tornou nossa estadia extremamente desconfortável. Para piorar, os funcionários da recepção foram extremamente impacientes e indelicados, demonstrando pouca ou nenhuma preocupação com nossos problemas. Apesar da localização conveniente perto do aeroporto, a falta de limpeza e o péssimo atendimento ao cliente nos fizeram nos arrepender da escolha. Esperamos que a administração tome medidas imediatas para resolver esses problemas em benefício dos futuros hóspedes."

"Excelente estadia e localização conveniente! A estadia no Best Western The Plaza Hotel foi ótima! O hotel é muito bem localizado, especialmente para quem precisa de acesso rápido ao aeroporto, e eles oferecem um serviço de transporte gratuito entre o aeroporto e o hotel, o que foi extremamente conveniente. Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e possuem todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia tranquila. A equipe é simpática e prestativa, sempre pronta para ajudar com um sorriso. O café da manhã é excelente ao estilo americano. Recomendo a estadia, principalmente para quem precisa ficar próximo ao aeroporto."
