The Residence
Guaranteed to be situated on floors 5–12, this massive 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa spans over 2,000 square feet of interior living space. The elevation ensures unobstructed panoramic views from Kaho'olawe to Lana'i.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 11):

Primary Suite 1: King bed + ensuite bath

Primary Suite 2: King bed + Twin sleeper sofa + ensuite bath

Guest Bedroom: Two full beds

Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances, and J.A. Henckels cutlery.

Indoor/Outdoor Living: Floor-to-ceiling "nano-doors" fold away completely, blending your spacious living area with the private lanai and the warm ocean breeze.
