We are renting our VERY CLEAN 1920's remodeled beach cottage. The home pictured is the owner's unit (when in town) with the upper Apt (also a 1 bedroom 1 bath) available for rent on Airbnb for 30 Days at a time. No amenities are shared other than the 2 car garage and the mailbox!

This home is located in South Laguna on Terry Rd and is within walking distance to Victoria Beach.

As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Laguna Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation

- Guests utilizing EV Charging (110v outlet) must notify Management prior to their arrival. Additional charges of $10 per day may apply.
