The downtown trolley stops right out front, and with the acclaimed Drake restaurant a one-minute walk away, everything you need is already at your doorstep.

Living space
The living area is warmly furnished and centered around a 75` TV, with a pull-out full sofa that comfortably accommodates additional guests. A dedicated workspace keeps you connected if needed, while central heating and mini-split AC ensure year-round comfort. A ceiling fan adds an extra layer of ease on warmer days. Step outside onto the shared ocean-view deck to take in the coastal air - outdoor seating and a fire pit make it a natural gathering spot morning or evening.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is a restful retreat with a king bed, 65` TV, dresser, clothing storage and mini split AC. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and fresh bed linens are all provided. The living room pull-out full sofa bed accommodates the remaining guests, bringing total capacity to 4.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. You`ll find a 4-burner gas range with griddle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a full set of dishes, cookware, wine glasses, and utensils. Cooking basics including oil, salt and pepper are provided, along with a baking sheet and dining table for meals at home.

Bathroom
The bathroom is well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Hot water, cleaning products, and all essential toiletries are ready for your arrival.

Laundry & extras
An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays effortless. Ironing board, iron, drying rack, hangers, and a pack `n play travel crib are also available. The home comes stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and toilet paper.

Beach access & location
Victoria Beach is a 3-minute walk. The Drake restaurant is next door - 1 minute on foot - and Ruby`s is a 2-minute walk. Downtown Laguna Beach is a 5-minute drive, and the Montage Resort is just 1 minute away. Free covered tandem parking for 2 cars is included in the garage, with free street parking also available. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival seamless.

Beach essentials
The home is equipped with beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - everything you need to make the most of the coastline right outside your door.
