An elevated private development of only 4 apartments set amongst private villas, with no high rise developments. It has a large swimming pool, set in established gardens with views of the sea and surrounding area.
Our ground floor, sunny apartment is large, pleasant, bright and airy. It has an open plan living room and dining area. Patio doors lead onto a good sized south facing terrace with BBQ and patio furniture, as well as sun loungers. We have a gate on the veranda to keep children or toddlers wandering into the pool or garden area alone. There is a perfect view of the pool and garden from the veranda, lounge and main bedroom. Free WiFi and android TV via the internet, as well as a DVD and CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with pantry items, and features granite worktops and breakfast bar, a gas four ring hob with an electric oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, Bosch washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and cafeteria. There are two double sized bedrooms; one with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. This bedroom has patio doors with a view over the pool. The second bedroom has twin beds, toilet and washbasin en-suite, with wardrobe, and bedside table with three drawers.
