This very well presented and large villa is located within the Boavista Golf and Spa Resort in Lagos. The property has 4 bedrooms (all double beds), and accommodates up to 8 people. Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, one with en-suite bathroom, together with a shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, with en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate toilet.



The property has its own private swimming pool and has been built and furnished to a very high standard. The front of the house has views to the ocean, and from the rear are mountain views.



The villa provides 300 m² of space, sits on a large plot with views over the golf course – and the first tee. The property is located directly opposite Hole 1 of the golf course and just a very short walk to the golf clubhouse (shop, buggies etc) and the Reception, Spa and the resort restaurant.



Discounted rates for the entrance to the spa with indoor swimming pool and gym. Reduced rates are also available for golf, restaurant and the clubhouse bar. The resort also has archery, an outdoor children’s area, and there are other sports as well (tennis, football pitch).



The accommodation has a lovely garden with outdoor garden furniture, a terrace, barbecue (gas), and sunbeds. In addition, there is an iron, free internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the house, television and hairdryer. In the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



The wonderful beaches of Lagos and Praia da Luz (with numerous restaurants) and supermarkets are just a short drive away.



Maid service is weekly (including linen change), but for an extra fee, daily maid service is available (towels refreshed mid week). Please enquire before booking if daily maid service is required.
