For bookings, other than families, an additional deposit of €500 / 800 may be charged. The deposit will be collected upon arrival.
To ensure the security of all involved, we'll need a photo ID from you, and we'll ask you to agree to some additional terms and conditions. Please note, provisional driving licenses are not accepted as valid ID.
We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit.
Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
Guests must register visitors to their booked accommodation with the host in advance. It is not permitted to use the accommodation without proper registration.
