"Rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the surroundings are quite beautiful. There are only two dining choices on weekdays and there many things to do during the day as the city and towns are not close and there are no interesting places to visit nearby. It's great if you want to sit around the pool all day, but not if you want to get out and see things."

"The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. The pool at the Signature villa is nice and...

"The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel. Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many. View from the pool is amazing."

"Lovely place to recharge after a busy trip! All staff were amazing- so friendly and helpful! Organized a car and driver through Cassia so we could have a day sightseeing. That was fab too: Definitely cant wait to come back and stay again!! "

"Just checked out today after a short getaway with my girlfriends. Room was neat and clean. Plenty of space even though there were three of us. Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving. Overall awesome stay!"
