"I highly recommend you stay away from this listing. We stayed for less than 30 mins due to several reasons. There is a 2 inch gap between the door and the door jamb which was allowing freezing air into the unit. The temperature when we arrived was 51 degrees, with the sun going down in mid February, it was going to get much colder. There were 2 small space heaters for heating. The kicker was the ants in the bed. I attempted to work with the owners for a refund and enlisted VRBO as well to work...

"This was such a wonderful place and so many friendly text for arriving along with a little gift to make our stay pleasant. It was such a comfortable, clean place plus a great location for walking to shops and restaurants in Newberg. I do wish the rental agreement was simplified. I have never signed a rental agreement quite so lengthy and detailed for a vrbo before so I was a bit nervous haha. But everything was wonderful and I look forward to staying again"
