"Francis at Blue Bay Cottages was very customer service oriented. The property is kept up very well. Beautiful quiet area. Had a dock out in the back that we were able to see fish everyday. Will recommend and will stay again. "

"We loved staying here so much! The villa was perfection with everything you need. Kitchen fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. There is a Fire TV for all your streaming needs as well as a dvd player with small selection of dvds. We also loved the swimming pool which was warm and refreshing and shaded for most of the day. "Absolutely LOVELY bungalow ... and LOVELY hosts! I can't say enough good things about this property -- it's an oasis! Wonderfully designed, meticulously detailed, truly an escape. "We loved the location, Weezy’s accommodated 28 of our family and friends. Not in one house of course. We enjoyed the size of the home and we loved the rooftop cabana with the hammocks! Everything was right at our fingertips. Everyone treats you like family and we truly feel this paradise has become a part of us. We heal. We restore. We celebrate. We explore. "We spent four nights in the amazing tree house overlooking the Belize River. The beautiful swinging Howler Monkeys were right outside the house only feet away. They can be noisy neighbors but the are so worth it! The hosts are amazing and do everything possible to make this a jungle home away from home. Their pool is fantastic. Relaxing to take a dip in the pool since it’s crocodile free, unlike the river in the other side of the house. Truly made memories that will last a lifetime. "

"Check in was a breeze! James was great about explaining the workings of the condo. Very friendly with loads of helpful information."

"The camp is a wonderful place to stay if you’re going to be venturing around Belize. It is centrally located just outside of Belize city and is actually a short drive to almost anywhere in the country. We toured all over the country while staying there and easily made it back each day to the camp by bedtime. The place is run by some wonderful people who love their job and make you feel very welcome and at home. I will definitely be staying there when I go back to conduct business in Belize."

"This property was AWESOME! Anne was the most helpful and answered all our questions. Her recommendations for fishing, snorkeling, dining were all spot on and our family had an outstanding vacation. The outside pool certainly hit the spot after long days in the sunshine. We toured the island on the provided beach cruisers which were in great working condition... We cannot wait to return to On The Hook Cabanas..."

"I was floored when I saw the outside of the property and speechless upon going in. Everything about this place was so perfect I cannot begin to explain how staying here made our trip exceptional. It was so clean, homey, comfortable, everything you'd want in a vacation home. Communication was also super easy and quick, I cannot wait to be back"

"Raul, the property manager, is awesome. Happy to quickly respond to any concerns and very friendly. The property is beautiful; pool, bar, gazebo - all awesome. The living room is pretty hard to access (in the room on the roof, and you have to go through a bedroom to get to it), but otherwise, the property is great. Word to the wise: It's a block from the airport so I def recommend taking a flight to BZE (90, beautiful, quick) instead of the ferry (22 30 taxi 1.5 total hours transport time)....

"WORST STAY IN BELIZE Terrible stay, dirty, they didn't clean our room one day, they didn't let us know that the hotel restaurant would be closed and we had no option for breakfast or dinner. The shower in the room was either too hot or too cold, terrible for taking a shower. To top it all off, when we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception and it was ONE PM on a Saturday afternoon. We waited almost half an hour in the sun until a security guard showed up to open the door. The next night (7pm) a guest arrived at the same time my friend and I arrived back at the hotel and what happened? The new guest ended up on the street because there was no one at the reception. Finally, the hotel manager (Franco) was super rude to us, treated me and my friend very badly and even raised his voice to the point of not even letting us use the hotel BATHROOM. Unfortunate, the worst stay of my life"
