Enjoy with family and friends the sunrise and sunset with beautiful ocean views at the executive  ocean view lower pet friendly suite  which is located  centrally on Vancouver island  in the quaint town of ladysmith.


Easy access to all amenities and the highway makes it easy to travel to any other part of Vancouver island such as Victoria , Tofino, Nanaimo Duncan, etc

A haven for outdoor enthusiast with 3 hiking trails, beach,golfing, kayaking at Transfer beach and boating at the Government dock.


A 5 minute drive to downtown ladysmith where you can enjoy a coffee or a cinnamon bun at the ladysmith bakery.

This unit consist of 3 large spacious bedrooms, living room Kitchenette,  1.5 bathrooms. and a large balcony with barbecue where you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise or barbecue dinners with family.  You can also watch any fireworks held by the town of ladysmith. This unit Sleeps upto   10 guest The living room has a TV with sound surround system.

Excellent for short stays  as amenities are limited, as we have a kitchenette but no full kitchen therefore no stove, dishwasher or laundry provided in this suite.
The small kitchenette does have a  hot plate,  slow cooker, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, plates, toaster, barbecue and sink

The entrance is located on the left side of the house and  has  several stairs you have to walk down to access this unit.

For larger groups you would have the option of renting the upper suite as well bed on availability making the premises suitable for 18 guest in total.

Pets welcome. A $75 fee is applicable. Please pay when booking

Not suitable for loud groups

IMPORTANT: Being a lower suite there is potential for noise if the upper suite is  occupied.. Not suitable for loud groups.
