"The hotel had a lot of atmosphere, both inside and out. The restaurant and bar served substantial meals. At night, once the tour busses left, it was very quiet."

Our overnight stay was absolutely wonderful! The décor throughout was charming and beautifully suited to the historic character of the building—it felt like stepping back in time, but with every modern comfort. The staff were the true stars—warm, accommodating, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made us feel welcome and well taken care of, making the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort with a touch of history!"
"Estávamos em família, 6 pessoas divididos em 2 quartos. Um quarto com 4 pessoas e outro com 1 casal. No quarto do casal o lençol estava todo sujo, cheio de respingos de sangue. No outro quarto havia um cheiro insuportável de fossa no banheiro e após reclamarmos na recepção, a própria recepcionista foi até o quarto jogar produto se limpeza (como se fossem os hóspedes que tivessem causado o odor e não foi! Quando chegamos no hotel o banheiro já estava assim). E não os trocaram de quarto pq...
"The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. Small issues were disappointing.On arrival there was no soap in the container and We were disappointed that despite asking for the room to be serviced, the soap was not replenished, toilet paper not replenished and...
