"Check in was bad, we got there early (2 hours ) and just wanted to see if she could get our credit info and pre check us in so we can check us in later at 3pm. Her response as we showed up to window was “im too busy right now, check in is at 3 pm”. I’m ok with that but my problem was there were four other set of people that came after ward between 1pm - 2:30pm and were able to check in without “having to come back till 3pm”. Her response later that our room wasn’t ready was not true because...

"We went there less than 2 weeks of a hurricane. Was assigned a room that had a pungent smell, small dead lizards and cockroach. We felt sick by the smell and had to ask for a reassignment. That room was much better. Some staff were good and the others were not. Hotel has minimum facilities, but is cheap, well located and on a beautiful beach. The bar tender is great"

"Good hotel in a nice location. It would be better if they had the voyager 47 club. Also, the self parking for USD30 without insurance or responsibility for the parking lot seemed a bit strechy "

"Começamos c vista para o estacionamento e sala de Tv. Reclamamos e nos deram de frente o o mar. Muito bom! Varandinha, quarto espaçoso c Tv. Boa localização, perto dos restaurantes."

"My stay was terrible. We were suppose to be refunded for 1 night because our flight was cancelled due to the hurricane. I emailed the manager multiple times as told to by the staff and never got a reply. So I paid 500 plus dollars a day for a room I was unable to use for no fault of my own. I would never stay here again. The staff was not helpful. And the food was expensive and not very good."
