"The hotel was nice and comfortable and the staff was helpful;; however, beware, they charge for every little thing. Hidden charges and the restaurant was over priced. Our bathtub was dirty upon arrival and our phone beeped all night."

"Such a bummer that we expected an amazing visit to the Hoxton but were disappointed by the uncomfortable bedding, slow WiFi and lacking room amenities. The room really needed somewhere we could put our luggage and I had to request a luggage stand from the front desk. In the age of gigabit Internet the Hoxton choose to allocate barely 10 Mb/s (I tested a few times) to our room which doesn't properly support streaming. But the real problem was the low bed frame, uncomfortable mattress (too soft)...
