"This is a beautiful and lovingly restored historic home at the edge of greek row. We rented this so our family could all stay together for my son's wedding. The common areas promote time together from the dining area to the family room to the game room downstairs!!! Parking is a bit tricky but that is true all over Pullman, so, no worries we just planned for carpooling as best we could. Doug and Mary are wonderful hosts!!! Cant wait to come again for a game. GO COUGS!!!! "

"My daughter & I stayed at the State Street Cottage for a recent trip to Pullman for my daughter’s orientation at WSU. This was the perfect place! Great location, super clean & had more than we needed for our short stay. We will most certainly stay again as we journey back to visit our daughter the next couple years!"

"Excellent....location, cleanliness, responsiveness of hostess are all deserving of a 5 star rating. We were there with family and providing our 15 year old grandson with an introduction to WSU....and Pullman. He had a great experience. The many added cozy home touches were greatly appreciated...loved the living house plants and welcoming coffee/tea bar. Our hostess set the bar extremely high for all future Vrbo stays. "We enjoyed the ranch setting very much. Our 1 year old Golden Retriever got along well with all of the ranch guardian dogs. It was a pleasure meeting and visiting with the family. If you’re offered a ranch tour by the kids do not pass on it. This is a hard working, down to earth family. We will certainly consider another stay in the future."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment more inviting than the photos would indicate. And its features--in the bathroom and kitchen--were state of the art. We loved the location and enjoyed meeting the owner, who was very helpful. It was a bit of a challenge taking luggage up 3 floors, but being above street level no doubt made it quieter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The apartment was difficult to find. The address was straightforward, but finding the correct building and apartment number was a challenge. We had to walk quite a ways from the parking lot including stairs. It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub. I would suggest the property manager create a map that helps guests know where to park and where the actual apartment is. Also, the...

"Had what we needed, not a lot more. Definitely some wear-and-tear, but we needed a relatively inexpensive place to house a bunch of people attending to a family situation and were grateful for the spot to land. Student apartment aesthetic clashed mightily with the heavy corporate communications (and requirement) up front, but I suppose you have to guard against raging parties in Pullman."

"The house was perfect for our group of three couples visiting the SE Washington area. Easily walkable to the main town area, but also within a hour drive to Walla Walla wine country, Palouse Falls and hiking. The living room is huge and having the pool table downstairs was great for entertainment. The kitchen is well stocked and we had several meals on site, including a barbeque (good idea to being charcoal if you plan to use). Everything was clean and well maintained.
