"The space is clean and well decorated, it feels homey without being cluttered. There are upstairs neighbors, and the noise they generated at times was loud and took away from the overall experience. The bathroom is large and clean, the shower was phenomenal. Having in house laundry was awesome and added value for us on our stay. Meg was easy to reach and responded quickly. "Nice, quiet neighborhood! The studio is comfortable, similar to a hotel room - with a fabulous fenced yard. It was a perfect space for a dog. Mine was immediately happy to have his own space to mosey around, and we enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. The hosts were responsive and pleasant. "

On the day we were to arrive the air quality was 'very unhealthy' and the community was on an a 'Ready' alert for evacuation. The Akawa Butte fire was five miles north and was now the priority resource fire in the country. The second day we would have been there, they evacuated two thousand residents. We decided the last thing this community needed was two more tourists to suck up valuable resources...
