"Hotel simples, porém atende por algumas noites, apesar do custo beneficio ser ruim. Pelo preço da diária, esperava mais. O atendimento é bem ruim, ar condicionado não funcioanava e tivemoa que trocar de quarto."

Quanto à outros aspectos do atendimento, embora os funcionários sejam amáveis pareceu carecer de melhor treinamento. No restaurante o serviço foi lento e por vezes esqueceram alguma coisa, por fim no check out houve cobrança de uma refeição em duplicidade é um passeio com valor maior que o combinado, o qual ficamos na dúvida se foi ineficiência ou má fé."

"Amazing hotel specialy for those who want to be isolated to everything and depending upon the hotel for everything - is far from Flores (and small island that looks as a favela but with restaurantes and movement by night) - the cabanas are very well designed and confort, I loved mine, but bad for tv adicts. The same group has another hotel close to the urban center Santa Elena."
