This accommodation is perfect for 12 to 14 people. It has been converted from the village's former school, as has its adjoining gîte, Le Galant. Both gîtes have been awarded the regional "Accueil Vélo et Rando" (Cyclist and Hiker Welcome) certification. La Loge des Garde (cross-country and downhill ski resort and leisure center) is 8 km away. The Saint Clément leisure center (treetop adventure course, water sports, swimming prohibited) is 10 km away. Le Saillant is on two levels.

Garden level: large dining room with kitchen opening onto the garden, fireplace insert and mezzanine lounge area, 1 WC.

Ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm), 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90x190cm, 2 bedrooms (1 single bed 90x190cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190cm), 1 bathroom (4 sinks, 1 shower, and 1 toilet), and 1 bathroom (3 sinks, 2 showers, and 1 toilet).
Heating is provided by electricity and a wood-burning stove. The garden is shared with gîte G31347, where you can relax in the garden furniture and parasols, and perhaps enjoy a barbecue.

Gîte amenities: cleaning included in the price.
